**Job Description Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. This role will be instrumental in transforming supply chain planning capabilities across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
** Job Description**:
**Main responsibilities will include**:

- ** Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.**:

- Collaborate with business interested parties to understand supply chain planning needs (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, Capacity, etc.).
- Design scalable and sustainable Kinaxis configurations, including data models, integration frameworks, and planning processes.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams.
- Guide development teams and system integrators during implementation and testing phases.
- Ensure standards in performance, data quality, and user experience.
- Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Stay current with Kinaxis product updates and industry trends.

**About you**:

- Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with 3+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying Kinaxis solutions across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization).
- Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs, ERP systems like SAP, JDE).
- Excellent communication, interested party management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with other planning tools (SAP SCM,SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Kinaxis certifications (e.g., Author, Contributor, Admin, Solution Architect) preferred.
