- **Descripción**: King’s College, Soto de Vinuelas world-renowned for academic excellence and student leadership, is seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring and ambitious professional to the position of Secondary Teacher of Chemistry to join our teaching team on a permanent basis in January 2025.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed teachers who would like to join our school located in the beautiful city of Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

- To act as a role model for teaching and learning,
- To make a distinctive contribution to raising standards across the school
- Provide a sustained and consistent collaborative contribution to the wider work of the school, either internally or outside the school
- Proactively seek, create and lead on opportunities that have a demonstrably positive impact on creating an outstanding learning environment.
- Experience of teaching IBDP, A-Level and GCSE Chemistry
- Independent sector or international experience is highly desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of the English National Curriculum, the IB Diploma and recent developments
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Pastoral responsibility or experience would be an advantage
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
- Knowledge of Spanish, or willingness to learn Spanish would be an advantage
