The **Recruiting Specialist** responsibilities are:

- Good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience, executes the end to end delivery of all resourcing requirements
- Demonstrates the ability to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Centres of Expertise (COEs) and RPO
- Demonstrates and understands the importance of the delivery of quality hires to support Vodafone, meeting its business objectives and supporting the local market talent agenda
Point of contact for the business and RPO, uses judgement based on analysis of information, ensures resourcing activity meets the short and long term needs of the business
**What you bring**:

- 2-3 years Recruitment experience, within a multinational company
- Work with different stakeholders management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Must be able to build strong relationships and to be a team player
- Eager to learn constantly and innovate
- Advanced level English knowledge
- Manages ambiguity to deliver and operate effectively with simplicity
- ATS experience preferable
