**About the role**
As
**Customer Onboarding Consultant,** you will be a key player responsible for the growth and development of Virtuagym as well as establishing a strong connection with their customers. You will add to the process of engaging and motivating their clients to use their software and expanding their customer base every day.

- You are responsible for the onboarding of your own portfolio of starting clients and advise them in the implementation process
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensuring that new customers get value from their new software package
- You provide tailor-made advice to every customer and leave them with a smile
- You guide customers with their questions and ensure that they are offered the right solution being satisfied customers
- You follow company procedures and guidelines to maintain a high quality service level
- You are performance driven focusing in the most important KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality and productivity
- You identify and address customer needs and escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes
- You are customer-friendly and ensure our customers end the conversation with a wow feeling
- You create impact and power growth through impactful customer experience
**What do you have to do?**
- You can speak native German and a sufficient English level to engage within our international team environment
- You have experience in managing client communication and build strong relationships
- You are a communicative professional with the ability to listen and show empathy
- You thrive for teamwork and fun and are part of our community
- You are flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
- You are a tech savvy and familiar with Google Suite, MS office and CRM tooling
