**Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be tasked with designing and implementing quality assurance practices for a new solution - covering strategy, automation and execution, and non-functional testing - and contributing to achieving end-to-end success of the solution as part of a DevOps team. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.**

**In your role, you will**- Design and implement test automation using appropriate tools - with an opportunity to influence the design of testing strategy and tool choice at early stages of the project- Test data migrations from many sources - testing, controlling data quality and working with our stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration-
- Test specific components against challenging requirements on reliability, availability, and performance- Perform manual testing to cover topics where automation is not warranted
**Your qualifications**
**What we need from you**- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field- 8+ years of relevant work experience including complex projects and large organizations- Well-founded understanding of software testing and test automation- Experience with continuous integration (CI)- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
**Nice-to-have**- Experience with diverse IT technologies- Experience with migration projects- Experience testing integrations to diverse external systems- Proficiency in system engineering or administration, networking, IT infrastructure- Experience with agile projects and DevOps- Experience with continuous delivery (CD)
