DESCRIPCIÓN
Our customer, an international holding company leader in the field of gaming is looking for a **SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER** for their offices in Barcelona working 50% remotely.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will oversee and lead a team of high performing DevOps engineers. They work closely with the technical and support teams to deliver and manage services with high uptime, advocate for automated processes to improve quality, deployment, and support of multiple products and/or services.
They will build and maintain solutions and tools for automated builds, deployment, monitoring, and operations. From an operational perspective, they will troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes for deployment and infrastructure issues, build new environments and updates existing environments through use of automation, and maintain cloud infrastructure for multiple products and services
**Responsibilities***:
- Works closely with the technical and support teams to deliver and manage services with high uptime
- Advocate for automated processes to improve quality, deployment, and support of multiple products
- Build and maintain solutions and tools for automated builds, deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes for deployment and infrastructure issues
- Builds new environments and updates existing environments through use of automation
- Maintain cloud infrastructure for multiple products and services

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
**What is needed**
**?**
**Qualifications**:
- Infrastructure as code design, deployment and maintenance experience required;
- One of the Azure cloud Certifications (preferred “Microsoft Azure DevOps Solutions” or “Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies”)
- Containers, Docker, Kubernetes (or equivalent) and using these technologies for the architecture of multi-region, load-balanced resilient (microservices type) platform
- Proficient in configuring networks LAN/WAN, VPCs, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Understanding of the Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) of projects and how platform architecture can make systems secure, resilient and performant
- Extensive knowledge of Linux/Unix and associated Scripting (Sh/Ksh/Bash)
- Comfort with Docker container management, deployment, automation
- Experience with automation of provisioning and SDLC deployment, scripting skills
- Clear understanding and insight concerning SDLC, network architecture, host provisioning
- Basic dbms skillset for backups and cross-loading - DB2, Postgres, Mongo, NoSQL, and/or Azure Cloud DB related services
- Experience with Azure DEVOPS pipelines and services available - yaml- High motivation and good team leader
- Self-driven in research and sharing best practices within the team
- Passionate about technology, innovation and working in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in English communication skills, with an ability to present to senior level management
- Experience in a geographically dispersed team environment
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor of Science Degree (Computer Science or equivalent degree in a related technology field.).
- 3+ years mandatory experience of working with Terraform product to establish reusable patterns that can be leveraged on all clouds (with emphasis on Azure);
- 4+ years of practical experience in DevOps engineering;
- 5+ years’ experience with version control systems and tools (GIT, SVN, GitHub, GitLab)
- 5+ years recommended experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Maven, Bamboio, Jenkins, Trevis, GitHub, GitLab)
- 5+ years of recommended experience in IT;
- Proven ability to lead a team in a face paced and complex technical environment.
