¿Te apasiona convertir datos complejos en historias que cualquiera pueda entender? ¿Sabes que un buen gráfico puede cambiar una reunión? Si sabes lo que es vivir entre KPIs, dashboards y SQL... tenemos un reto que te va a gustar.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Tu papel será clave: analizar, entender y comunicar los datos de forma estratégica. No solo harás informes, sino que ayudarás a que el negocio tome mejores decisiones. Serás el nexo entre los números y las personas que necesitan interpretarlos.
¿Qué harás en el día a día?
- Ser responsable del cálculo y presentación de KPIs, generación de informes y dashboards de impacto.
- Documentar estructuras y tipos de datos (modelado lógico).
- Preparar datos para proyectos analíticos y de machine learning junto a nuestro equipo de Data Science.
- Aplicar análisis avanzado (series temporales, evaluación de impacto, etc.) para generar insights estratégicos.
- Crear visualizaciones claras y atractivas que comuniquen los hallazgos de forma eficaz.
- Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones técnicas (sí, eres esa persona puente).
- Colaborar estrechamente con los stakeholders para alinear datos con objetivos estratégicos.
¿Qué necesitas para encajar?
- Nível avanzado en SQL.
- Dominio de herramientas de visualización como Tableau, Power BI o QlikSense.
- Capacidad para comunicar datos a públicos no técnicos de forma clara y directa.
- Experiência en análisis y visualización de datos con foco en la experiência del usuario.
- Conocimiento en preparación de datos para iniciativas de ML y analítica avanzada.
- Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo y autonomía para resolver problemas complejos.
- Interlocución fluida con negocio: entender, proponer, traducir.
También se valorará:
- Experiência en entornos Cloud (GCP, AWS o Azure).
- Dominio de Python limpio, documentado y eficiente.
- Conocimiento en Palantir Foundry.
¿Dónde y cómo se trabaja?
- Base en Madrid. (La modalidad/horario de trabajo se confirmará en entrevista). Pero sí, apostamos por la flexibilidad y el trabajo inteligente.
- Contrato indefinido desde el primer día - creemos en relaciones duraderas, no en historias temporales.
- Proyecto estable y con recorrido, con un equipo que apuesta por la continuidad y el crecimiento conjunto.
