**YOUR MISSION**

Our goal is to provide an on-demand delivery infrastructure for every city in the world.
We are looking for a top talented Controlling Lead to lead a team of 4 Accountant Controllers and be responsible for overseeing reporting of Financial Statements of Glovo.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Oversee finance reporting activities, including the review of Financial Statements of Glovo subsidiaries under IFRS.
- Be in charge of global month-end-closing and support local teams to ensure timely submission of TB, KPIs and FTEs.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting at Glovo group level.
- Review, investigate and correct inconsistencies in financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports providing relevant stakeholders with accurate and insightful information.
- Drive reporting process improvement and coordinate when necessary with local finance teams.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects.
- Maintain a strong communication and act as the main point of contact for Delivery Hero and for other Glovo stakeholders in terms of finance reporting.
- Support local accounting teams in cross accounting projects led from HQ, such as IFRS implementation, ERP implementations, Reporting package implementation, etc.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in audit, financial controlling, or a similar finance role. Experience in multinational environments and international exposure are strong advantages.
- Solid technical knowledge of accounting standards and compliance matters; familiarity with the digital industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing and developing finance teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream or other financial reporting tools; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Demonstrates accountability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over work product.
