We are looking for a passionate Innovation Analyst to join our team in Madrid´s ROADIS Headquarters. **Key responsabilities**: Are you passionate about innovation and eager to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Innovation Analyst to join our dynamic team at Roadis Headquarters in Madrid. - Establish relationships with the innovation ecosystem and all its stakeholders - Coordinate and oversee various projects and initiatives within the Open Innovation framework to foster collaboration and drive innovation. - Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and corporate partners to enhance the innovation pipeline. - Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and networking sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the innovation ecosystem. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among internal teams and external collaborators to support the continuous growth and success of innovation efforts. - Provide support and guidance, fostering strong relationships with diverse local business units to drive business innovation. - Contribute to the design and delivery of tailored workshops using innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean. - Collaborate on horizontal innovation projects within the department. - Contribute to the development of the yearly innovation plan and the long-term Roadis Innovation Strategy. **About you**: **In order to be successful, you need to have**: - Desirable experience in Open Innovation and relationship with Innovation ecosystem, start-ups, innovation labs - Proficiency in English at C1 level. - 2-4 years of experience in the infrastructure industry or strategic or innovation consulting. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Willingness to travel occasionally. **In exchange to your commitment, we offer**: At ROADIS we strive to have a variety of benefits, we believe taking care of our people is the right thing to do. - Daily food cash - credit card - Remote work opportunities (1 day per week - easy working program 2025) - Unlimited access to our online learning platform and other amazing opportunities for your professional development - Wellness activities - ROADIS benefits discounts on a wide range of products - Organization and Team events - And much more...
