**What You’ll Do**:

- **Welcome Guests with a Smile**: Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to make every guest feel valued.
- **Deliver Exceptional Service**: Take care of food and beverage orders, accommodate special requests, and offer personalized recommendations.
- **Maintain a Spotless Environment**: Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to create a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- **Stay Organized**: Ensure stations, tables, and side stands are well-stocked, neat, and ready for service.
- **Know the Menu**: Familiarize yourself with the menu, daily specials, and P.O.S. system to assist guests effectively and efficiently.
- **Work as a Team**: Collaborate with colleagues and management to support smooth operations and great service.
- **Handle Payments**: Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork when needed.
- **Adapt and Assist**: Help with opening, closing, and side work duties, and take on other responsibilities as requested by management.

**Qualifications**:
- **Prior Experience as a Barista**: Previous experience in similar roles as Barista is necessary.
- **Strong Communication**Skills**: Ability to actively listen, understand, and address concerns and questions from both coworkers and guests effectively.
- **T**eam Player**: A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute positively to team success.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and seamless communication in a diverse environment.
