Mission:
The Merchandiser for LG &ACC EMEA is responsible for maximizing business opportunities by maintaining a high product availability while reducing stock excess across the EMEA retail network for both permanent and seasonal product, in turn driving sell through and profitability

He will inform the decision making process by providing appropriate analysis, identification of trends and recommendations.

Reporting to LG Merchandising Manager EMEA. Based in Madrid, Goya 4 -HQ offices

Key Functions:
**Stock Optimization**
- Monitor the availably of products, identify and report shortages / stock excess risks making proposals for optimization
- Transfers, rebalancing and compacting:

- Plan and follow up rebalancing and retrievals in season across retail network to optimize sales and EOS sell through.
- Manage and follow up day to day client requests from stores
- Own the proposal and the execution of stock movements relating to VM installations, Marketing actions and CRM events
- Stock action plan for new store openings
- Regularly review, plan and forecast the minimum quantities by product and by store of Perm collection, ensuring brand representation and merchandising rules are followed

**Stock Analysis**:
Weekly stock review reporting and recommendations with a proposed action plan
- Deliveries vs order
- ST report with stock tensions to de-risk situations
- Plan and create Permanent and Carry Over report with appropriate indicators and recommendations liaising with Business planner

**Buying Process**

- Plan and create buying analysis with appropriate indicator
- Support LG Merchandising manager during the buying session

**Reporting**
- Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Work on different projects for continuous improvement & efficiency of the department.

**Profile**:
**Skills**:

- Excellent numeric and analytical skills with in
- depth knowledge of Excel, Power BI is a plus
- Detail oriented, proactive, dynamic and well organized with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to prioritise and be able to multitask
- Strong Sense of International Fashion and trends
- A real passion for Loewe and our collections
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish
- Good team player and ability to work on your own with high levels of motivation

**Experience**:
2/3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail
