Overview:

- Posición Assistant administrativo a media jornada y temporal. Formará parte del equipo de procurement/tienda de
**IE University**

**Responsibilities**:

- Gestión ERP: alta de productos, tramitación de pedidos, gestión de stock, control de albaranes, tramitación de facturas.
- Soporte en gestión logística: gestión de almacenes, inventarios.
- Interacción con el dpto. de administración/IT.
- Realizar gestiones administrativas comerciales, transporte y documentación relacionada con la venta.
- Realizar análisis de ventas e informes.
- Manejo de programas Microsoft Outlook, Dynamics, Teams,etc

Qualifications:

- Nível de Inglés muy alto, hablado y escrito. B1 o superior.
- Incorporación inmediata.
- Manejo de ERP
- Manejo Avanzado Office (especialmente Excel y Outlook)
- Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas y experiência en e-commerce.
- Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva, comunicativa. Acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo, adaptabilidad y flexible.
- Autonomía, predisposición, flexibilidad y compromiso. Capacidad analítica.
