The Young Talent Programme of Thales Alenia Space in Spain is oriented towards the development of its participants offering them a **full-time first job experience of 1 year**, in which a 70% will be “on-the-job” experiences, 20% through feedback and relationships and the remaining 10% from formal training.

What are we looking for?_**

We are looking for young graduated talents who wants to make the difference for Thales Alenia Space in Spain for these areas: RF, Electronics, Data, Industry, Supply Chain, Quality, Core, Operational and Forecast Planning, Technology, CTO, Procurement, Facilities, HR, Communication and Transformation.

**_ What do you need to apply?_**
- Graduated in: Telecommunication, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Occupational Risk Prevention or similar Bachelor degree.
- Master degree and extra-curricular achievements that reflect your proactive mentality and your ability to manage complex projects and balance priorities will be considered as an asset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be well considered.
- Availability to start in September/October 2025.
- We would like to see a trajectory that demonstrates you have the will to pursue your passions and accomplish your projects, as well as the capacity to dream big ideas and make them happen.
- International or diverse cultural experiences will be valued. Experiences such as internships and volunteering abroad, exchange programs (Erasmus ), and additional learning programs.
