We’re currently looking for experienced real estate agents on the Costa Del Sol to sell new-build properties with high value to relevant clients/leads from our platform.
You are probably busy in your current job - many agents are now. But ask yourself: are you busy catering to relevant and high-commission clients? Are you getting enough out of your time spent and leveraging your hard-earned experience? Are you really your own boss? Do you want to be a part of something bigger, that can generate you even more?
**ABOUT THE OFFER**
- Work directly and exclusively for Developments.es and earn an average commission for you of €8-9,000 per sale.
- Get pre-qualified leads straight to your phone or even pre-booked online meetings from our telemarketing team. We sell 10-20% of leads given to agents
- We are number 1 in the Costa del Sol selling new builds and our top agent has recently been making more than €30,000 per month However, it is more realistic to earn an average of €8-9,000 per month.
- Flexible work solutions - work from our beautiful office in Bel Air, Estepona, or from home. You don’t have to come into the office every day - because you are your own boss and we support that.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- We only work with pre-qualified leads that get assigned to you directly
- Leads in your fluent languages and English
- Very attractive commissions - and the more you convert leads/sell to clients you can get high extra commissions
- Sales training and knowledge from the best agents and managers
- All of our brochures and floor plans are online meaning you no longer have to spend hours editing and sending information to your clients

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have a min. experience of 2 years working as a real estate agent on the Costa del Sol.
- You are very successful and have a proven sales track record
- You like to compete and be a top sales performer
- You like to sell new builds instead of old/resales
- You always go the extra mile to ensure the best buying experience for clients
- You speak one of these languages at an advanced level as well as English: Norwegian, Swedish, French, German, Russian, English, Dutch, Polish or Chinese.
