Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Principal Product Lead (Associate Director), you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered Drug Development, Generative AI, and Digital Twins.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic consultancy for Data, Analytics and AI products to business and IT stakeholders
- Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
- Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
- Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.

**Essential Skills**:

- Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
- Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
- Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

**Desired**:

- Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
- Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions
- Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
