Beauty Consultant

**Position**:
The mission of the Beauty Consultant is to be the Brand ambassador. This person will need to achieve sales targets while promoting the Brand image and providing the highest standard customer service. As a member of Guerlain, she/he represents the Brand values towards the customers and demonstrates the Brand attitude at all times.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**
- Sell Guerlain products and provide a high standard customer service throughout the whole sale
- Initiate contact and build relationships with customers
- Identify, understand and reformulate the customers’ needs
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers
- Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc.
- Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis
- Participate in merchandising maintenance / inventory according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Supervisor to ensure there are enough products / items in the storeConduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks**Profile**:

- Training: High school graduate or equivalent
- Tools used: Office, Lotus Notes
- Languages: English and others languages is a PLUS
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty or fashion environment
