**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the operational control of the subsidiary
- Responsible for an effective go-to-market-strategy
- Development of key relationships to increase revenue and sales
- Full accountability for profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and performance. Formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy
- Coaching as required for senior leaders within the subsidiary
- Leadership of direct reports & functional heads to deliver sales and operational performance targets
- Networking within the Industry to establish and enhance business relationships

**Your profile**:
**Experience**
- Significant management experience at senior level such as Head of Department or Director Level
- Experience of leading a sales and/or rental business within a comparable business e.g.: Construction
- Extensive knowledge of economics correlations, market trends and impacts
- Project knowledge experience and technical aptitude is essential

**Personal attributes**
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written,
fluent in Spanish and Portuguese languagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to challenge constructively at all levels
- Drives Continuous Improvement
- Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation
- High degree of problem-solving competence
