Join the adventure Invest in us and we’ll invest in you; if you are driven, committed and up for a challenge, we want to meet you. **Job Description**: The position will help support trade analysis, PNL attribution and reconciliation, risk management and reporting, and product control systems. **Responsibilities** You will work as a part of a team involved in mission-critical projects and provides the technical expertise for our development environment, technology architecture, and implementation. **Qualifications**: - 10+ years of professional work experience involving software development, systems implementation, and the ability to design/architect software solutions. - Prior software development experience with C/C++ would be very _helpful_ - Strong background in building enterprise-wide software solutions in multi-technology environments and a solid understanding of the impact of changes on the environment - Familiarity with database concepts, relational SQL, and No-SQL as a _plus_ - Prior experience working in financial services and fixed income business/product knowledge would be _helpful_ - Having the ability to articulate points and provide summaries and explanations of technical concepts - Prior experience working in financial services and fixed income business/product knowledge would be _helpful_ - Prior experience/familiarity with mathematical concepts, e.g. analysis, linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and probability would be a _plus_ - Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting potential system issues to process a solution - Ability to build a network of relationships across the organization, obtain a detailed understanding of internal clients’ needs and drive organization wide design concepts gaining buy in and support of stakeholders - Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science from a top-tier computer science program (or equivalent).
