To continue this growth, the IT team is looking for an IT Engineering Intern to provide technical support across our team, as well as work on IT related projects.

**You will**:
- Track and manage issues proactively, providing a stable, secure, helpful IT backbone for our company.
- Manage access and permissions within our internal tools, clouds, etc.
- Maintain our local network and telephone infrastructure.
- Develop IT projects, for our Madrid and Sevilla offices.
- Provide onsite/remote tech-support to other team members in their use of hardware, software, and shared resources.
- Maintain and provide support for audiovisual management (as sound equipment, microphones, cameras) during team meetings and events.
- Complete necessary tasks derived for user’s onboarding and offboarding.
- Escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Create recurrent automation tasks and improve any manual processes, taking advantage of defining infrastructure as a code.

**You offer**:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degreeor FP in computer science or related
- Good communication skills, in both Spanish and English.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- You enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and learning new technologies.
- You are organized and you know how to prioritize.
- The possibility to sign an agreement (convenio) with your educational institution.

**You will learn**:
- Cloud technologies.
- Operating systems: Linux and MacOS.
- Scripting languages (such as python, bash..).
- Infrastructure as a code (terraform)
