As a **Wholesale Assistant**you will support the Wholesale Manager and Account Executives in the daily management of wholesale operations, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and accurate, timely communication throughout the order lifecycle. The role requires strong coordination across internal departments (Commercial, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) and proactive follow-up with external partners.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Your role will be**:

- Oversee wholesale order management from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor order status, deliveries, and resolve logístical issues, aligning with internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Credit Control, Finance, Merchandising, Product) to ensure smooth processes and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with credit control on payments, invoicing, and blocked orders.
- Act as the primary contact for wholesale clients, addressing operational queries and providing updates.
- Assist in buying sessions/showroom activities and organisation.
- Assist in onboarding new wholesale clients and manage client databases.
- Support sales reporting, data tracking, and client-facing report preparation.
- Maintain client files, communication trackers, and internal communication logs.
- Support market visits, sales campaigns, and provide market feedback.
- Manage RTV processes, quality issues, and credit notes.

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Business or similar.
- At least 1 years relevant working experiences in Wholesale position.
- Spanish and English mandatory other language will be considered as an asset.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in fashion/luxury brands will be a plus but not a must.
