RTR Accountant - Temporal Contract

We are looking for a GL accountant, reporting to the RtR manager. In this role, you will learn about how multinational Record to Report department works. You will expand your knowledge of accounting area and will be able to participate in a transformation journey. You will learn about processes, organization, and financial acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES

As our RTR Accountant, you are responsible work in close cooperation with business partners to ensure month end close, quarterly reporting and corporate request timely submission and commit with Coty high quality standards.

**Your main focus**: Key contact for Fixed Assets process. Contact with Local team and with Warsaw to close the month. Support on monthly end close (MEC) calendar: accruals checks and statistics to be reported at corporate level. Support on requests of internal auditors for SOX review. Support on requests of external auditors for Statutory Finance Statement review and EINF. Assist SSC Third-party team. Assist Finance Corporate team in any request they do regarding reporting B/S or P/L, PPE, Quarterly Reporting Package. Ensure completeness of Finance Statements month end. Spanish official statistic reports VAT Master data set up (new tax codes) Review and approval of Indirect Tax related activities performed by the Indirect Tax Team Timely submission of Indirect Tax returns Provide guidelines and framework for taxes country specific to Indirect Tax Team Liaison with tax authorities and tax auditors Typical Monthly Tasks such as MEC task, SOX preparation, Tracking of Assets Under Constructions. Typical Quarterly Tasks like Support GL Coordinator in preparation of Quarterly SEC Reporting Package and SOX Typical Annually Tasks as supporting GL Coordinator in preparation of Yearly SOX (such as fixed assets annual review,).

As a/an experienced RTR Accountant you are a team player and able to work independently when needed and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you: Previous experience in accountant department; Minimum 2 years. Experience in Microsoft Office tools, Excel advance user. Ability to use analytical thinking and logic to isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner. Able to handle / prioritize task and workload. Master the English language on high professional level.
