The role Head of Growth - Connected Customer Solutions (CCS) is to create and lead the business strategy for incremental digital sales through new channels, to meet short and long-term growth targets of the Straumann Group digital business through developing new business models and go-to-market approaches across the entire CCS portfolio. The Head of Growth - CCS will build a world-class digital growth team to achieve the defined business goals while positioning the Straumann Group for long-term future growth. Alongside building new, incremental sales channels, this position will build and lead a business model innovation team and establish a structured business model innovation process for the direct digital sales channels. The role will continue to evolve Straumann’s go-to-market models to ensure we are at the top of digitalization of dentistry to make patient care more accessible, predictable, and convenient. The Head of Growth - CCS is a strategic leadership position in the long-term digital transformation of Straumann Group.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and coordinating the overall global marketing strategy CCS including
- Develop direct sales channel strategy and roadmap, and translate the strategy into tactics and plans for direct digital sales channels teams
- Establish a strong business model innovation process, for experimenting and piloting new business models across new digital sales channels in a structured way
- Identify the most promising business models and go-to-market approaches, and scale those with the highest business potential
- Identify further business opportunities and develop relevant strategies for the CCS and sales teams, engage and liaise with stakeholders to optimize those business opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with key clients and other internal and external stakeholders through regular and ongoing communication
- Build, lead, motivate and develop a high performing growth team in order to ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets for the team
- Manage the P&L of the direct digital business by driving growth strategies and maintaining healthy control of costs and attain budget / target objectives
- Develop & implement go-to-market plans cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow the share of wallet in strategic markets
- Keep abreast of latest market trends in sales effectiveness, communicate them and adopt new approaches as required to expand client base and increase revenue
- Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high-quality interactions with customer management
- Promote digital solution offerings, identify and escalate digital solution needs, proactively monitor and escalate service issues to drive customer experience

- a well-developed intercultural communicator and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders, cultures, and functions
**Your profile**:
- possess a degree in Business Administration and ideally an extended education from recognized schools (MBA) is a plus
- 10+ years of commercial experience around business development, new digital go-to-market and revenue models (i.e. subscription,)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with successful track record in commercial Leadership roles
- Ability to develop and implement new business models and innovative channels in support of organizational strategy and objectives, adapting global initiatives into local success
- Proven ability to work in an international / matrix environment, with direct sales force. A proven track of being data driven and ROI focused
- Experienced in Dental or Medical Device Industry preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English, any other language is an asset (e.g., German)
