**The Challenge**

We are seeking an enthusiastic influencer manager to join our internal virality team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations, building strategies, analyzing and finding new innovative and challenging campaigns with influencers. We are looking for someone that has an analytical mindset to help escalate the campaigns thanks to the attribution.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build an attribution plan to help escalate the campaigns.
- Management of Influencers for all the branding campaigns and project management with our reputation and creative team. In Spain and Italy.
- Approval of influencers/collabs for our internal podcast of LoSiguiente (ES)
- Always ON management of influencers for Spain and Italy with the different strategies that go along with it.
- Management of influencers in campaigns with PROS (ES)
- Launch of Social Viral Challenges and
- Manage and boost our user generated content
- Market research and trend analysis to keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community.
- Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Extensive proven experience working as an influencer manager with an extensive experience (Management experience is a plus).
- Experience in the videogames industry as influencer manager is a plus
- Leadership skills
- Analytic mindset and proven ability to create attribution models with the help of the analytics team.
- Able to multitask
- Knowledge of social media
- A strategic and creative thinker.
- Fluent English level (speaking and writing skills)
