Our main mission is to deliver highly automated, intuitive, and consumable self-service analytics and reporting towards sales operations & commercial teams, starting with achievement tracking. SRT is here to help Criteo make smarter data driven decisions on a diverse set of business and strategic matters. Your main mission will be to: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs - Design KPIs that will help them measure performance evolution and progress - Develop and maintain SQL scripts, datasets, and Power BI dashboards - Identify and propose technical optimization to increase automation level, performance, and reliability - Evolve and adapt existing tools to company changes and transformation - Work in an agile method with our end users, getting regular and quick feedback - Drive high engagement from our audience via training, intuitive design, and writing user friendly documentation - Project manage the delivery of key items in the team roadmap Who you are: - Must be eager to learn, proactive and analytical minded - Good knowledge of SQL and Power BI (or other Visualization tool) - Good communication and presentation skills in English - Team player and problem-solving mind-set - Understanding of database and KPI modelling - Sales Operations or Commercial functional knowledge is a plus - +2 years proven working experience as an analyst This role is perfect for those looking to either grow technically or commercially and be part of a fastmoving company.
