Health & Safety Coordinator (Interim 6-9 Months)

Our people have a high degree of responsibility. **Safety and **Insurance** Coordinator** The Health, Safety and Environment Assistant leads and promotes safety in the field. He/she keeps the risk assessment up to date and assists the QHSE manager in defining health and safety policy and objectives. Labour relations The Health, Safety and Environment Assistant works under the hierarchical authority of the Plant Manager and under the supervision of the EU Aerosols HS Manager. He/she performs his/her duties in the framework of both internal and external relations. El Asistente de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente dirige y promueve la seguridad sobre el terreno. Mantiene actualizada la evaluación de riesgos y asiste al responsable de QHSE en la definición de la política y los objetivos de salud y seguridad. - Internal: collaboration with the various departments of the company (Quality, Production, etc.) and with the managers of the plant to which he/she reports. Daily support to the HR team, with the control of attendance times, as well as the control of production hours - Controlling. - External: Maintenance of external relations with various interlocutors (audits, etc.). Description of significant activities - Lead projects to improve health, safety and working conditions. - Monitor the safety of personnel, equipment and site safety on a daily basis. - Conduct periodic safety audits, inspections and visits. - Define and supervise collective and individual safety equipment. - Define training needs and train personnel in safety matters. - Formalise and update security procedures - Implement and ensure best company practices - Managing annual prevention plans - Manage the groups analysing accidents at work, near misses and dangerous situations, and ensure the associated reporting to the Group's system. - Update the single risk analysis document in collaboration with the various teams. - Communicate and promote health and safety initiatives. - Manage the chemical database and safety data sheets. - Respect and ensure respect for the QHSE instructions in force on the site (movement in the aisles, use of PPE, selective sorting methods, good hygiene, safety and environmental practices, etc.), including the rules relating to the BRCGS standard. - Protect all products against malicious acts (intrusion, sabotage, etc.). Responsibilities and scope - Promote health, safety and environment at your site. - Execution and Follow-up as factory HSE manager. - Recording and monitoring the control of productive hours and plant presence control. Specific knowledge Specific knowledge: - Techniques, processes and procedures used by the company and necessary for the performance of their duties. - Command of computer tools (Office Pack, etc.). - Knowledge of risk assessment and risk prevention measures. - Mastery of standards and reference standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, BRCGS). - Ability to analyse and solve problems. - Desired skills: - Qualification: Master’s degree in health and safety and Environment, +3 and significant experience in an industrial environment of comparable size. - Language skills: Ability to communicate in English, at a high level, both orally and in writing.
