Senior A.i. Engineer

UNITH is building AI-powered "Digital experiences'' which are revolutionizing human computer interaction by offering a fully immersive experience to customers across sight, sound and interconnectivity. This is a special project focused on video generation and digital human synthetic media. We are looking for a Senior Machine learning engineer with a Video synthesis background to lead and join our growing team and ambitious journey. We love engineers and scientists. We believe everyone has ideas to contribute to our objective of continuous improvement, so you will be expected to take ownership and bring ideas to the table, and also inspire others in the team to do the same. ***Your responsibilities**: Create a technology plan and engineering culture aligned with customer needs and business goals - note that the initial idea is already scoped for this project and there's a lot of adjustments that could happen. - Participating in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects - Enhance current video synthesis, taking into account current technological limitations - Performance tuning & optimizations of deep learning frameworks. - Analyze deep learning networks, develop & implement optimization algorithms. - Collaborating with AI research scientists to accelerate the next generation of deep learning models such as Video synthesis and NLP - Support the optimization and integration of video synthesis model - Support and collaborate with team of engineers and developers - Collaborate closely with tech/product team about tech performance, and limitations and provide recommendations for use cases ***Our technology stack**: - AWS for development and app serving - Backend: FastAPI, NodeJS - Docker to containerize - AI/ML: Python, Pytorch, TensorFlow **Requirements**: - You have experience with AI, Neural based image and video processing - You are up to date with the latest trends in the field - You have experience in building, inspiring and motivating a dedicated and high-performing team - Experience with any of the Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Jax, Caffé, Keras, etc.). - Developing and training ML models - Putting AI models into production.
