Join the #TeamNordex **Process & Instrumentation Devices Expert (M/F/d)**: - REQUISITION ID: 4903- LOCATION: CR, ES- DEPARTMENT: Engineering**YOUR TASKS**: - Within the "Hydrogen Business Development" department, and associated with the Balance of Plant (BoP) of the new developments, you will be part of the working group for the design, sizing and supervision of the assembly of the different subsystems that are part of an electrolyzer both at the level of equipment and individual elements. - Development, together with the rest of the technical team, of conceptual, basic and detailed engineering at process and instrumentation level for electrolyzers (system calculation, design criteria, equipment and instrumentation data sheets...). - Elaboration and interpretation of mechanical PID diagrams. - Subsystem integration activities at different power scales. - Preparation of purchase requisitions for equipment or equipment components together with various instrumentation. - Tabulations and follow up of Equipment & Instrumentation quotations for electrolysis systems. - Preparation of documents (procedures, manuals, reports...) derived from the previous activities. - Support in the definition of control strategies for hydrogen production equipment. - Support in the preparation of reports associated with research project calls for proposals together with investment budgets. **YOUR PROFILE**: - Qualification/Training: Training in Chemical Engineering (preferably specializing in processes) or Industrial Engineering. - Complementary Training: knowledge of Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX). - Risk analysis methodologies: HAZOP, SIL.... Use of chemical process simulation software. Hydrogen technologies. - Languages/ Level : high English level. Ability to make presentations and hold meetings with foreign suppliers and clients. - Experience: at least 5 years of experience in engineering activities at any level for equipment and / or plants. - Handling of process simulation software such as ASPEN-Hysysys. - In parallel to the development of work in technical office, experience in assembly and start-up of new developments / installations. start-up of new developments / installations. - It will be valued to have participated in research projects with Universities and national and/or European consortiums in activities related to basic and detailed engineering developments.
