**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**

Soporte en el seguimiento y control de proyectos de Transformación de Operaciones, apoyar la implantación de la mejora continua y de una Oficina de Transformación la que se deberá ofrecer y supervisar la metodología establecida por la organización para la gestión del plan de proyectos, de manera transversal a todas áreas de negocio.
- Soporte a la iniciativa de C-IMP, documentando avances y ofreciendo soporte al reporting diario
- Análisis, Levantamiento y documentación (diagramación) de procesos
- Soporte a la definición y monitorización de KPIs clave del modelo operacional
- Análisis numéricos y soporte a la creación de modelos estadísticos
- Elaboración de plantillas, formularios o encuestas
- Seguimiento en el cumplimiento de planes de tareas definidos con las delegaciones
- Actualización de informes de seguimientos de proyectosAsistencia a reuniones y elaboraciones de actas durante el piloto y la extensión de la TM
