**Descripción**:
Dentro del departamento de IT de SEAT, estamos en búsqueda de un **Support Technical Delivery **para cubrir una baja de interinidad a partir de Septiembre por un perdiodo aproximado de 4 meses. Las funciones serían:
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
1. Apoyo en la documentación de los proyectos a presentar por parte del equipo del departamento.

2. Soporte en la recogida de la demanda de IT del área de Producción (MRT, Barcelona y el Prat)

3. Soporte para la aportación de valor al área identificando mejoras y eficiencias basadas en iniciativas de digitalización

4. Mantenimiento del Digital Board en JIRA de los KPI’s del departamento.

5. Seguimiento de la facturación de los proyectos y las DLV’s del Grupo.

**Requisitos**:
Formación:

- Ingeniería Superior Informática y/o Telecomunicaciones.

Conocimientos específicos:

- Conocimiento en los procesos de negocio de Producción, así como en las soluciones IT para su soporte.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de Gestión de Proyectos.
- Alto dominio en el manejo de paquete MS Office y herramientas de reporting (Qlik, PowerBI...)

Idiomas:

- Imprescindible inglés avanzado, alemán valorable.
