As a team leader you will be responsible for your team of front office advisors, their well-being, as well as efficiency and quality of their work.
**Key accountabilities and responsibilities**:
- Monitor and support your team motivation and performance.
- Ensure quality and coach your team members.
- Coordinate and maintain internal communications.
- Make sure that the team hits its targets.
- Demand results and give rewarding and constructive feedback.
- Work aligned with Intrum’ s values (empathy, ethics, dedication and solutions), policies and procedures.
On this role you will report to Operations Manager.
**Required competencies & skills**:
- Good understanding and experience of multi-channel contact centers.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines.
- Strong relationship-building across the entire organization.
- Critical thinking and ability to propose initiative.
- Insight into financial services is considered a plus.
- Fluent English (C2 level) and native in Norwegian.
