**职位概述**
操作和维护清洁设备和工具，包括洗碗机、洗手站、锅洗站和垃圾压缩机。清洗和消毒厨房区、储物间、桌子、工具、刀具和器具。接收货品交付，妥善储存易腐物品，并更换库存货品。确保干净的货品存放在适当的区域。使用清洁剂、冲洗和消毒化学品，在三槽式洗涤槽中清洗餐具。检查、拉出并堆放清洁过的物品；把弄脏的物品送回并重新擦洗。将所有搁置的物品架起并用热水喷洒，以软化并除去食物残留。分类、浸泡和清洗/重新清洗银器。拆卸弄脏的汇流管。清空并维护垃圾箱和垃圾箱区域。清理并拖洗指定部门的所有区域。在适当的容器中处置玻璃器皿。拆开纸箱并将它们和其他可回收物品放入回收站。
遵守所有公司和安全政策及程序；向经理报告维修需求、事故、伤害和不安全的工作条件；完成安全培训和认证。保护公司资产。使用清晰、专业的语言与他人交谈。与他人建立和保持积极的工作关系；支持团队达成共同目标。确保遵守质量预期和标准。在没有他人协助的情况下，移动、举起、携带、推动、拉动和放置重量不超过 50 磅 (22.68 kg) 的物体。在较长一段时间内保持站立、就坐或行走。双手上举过头或下伸过膝，包括屈膝、扭身、拉伸和弯腰。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作职责。
