Tech Lead

This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager. It is based in our Tech hub in **Fuengirola, Spain**. We use **flexible, hybrid working** and engineers typically spend around two days in the office each week, with the rest working remotely from home.

**Job responsibilities**
- Work closely with your Engineering Manager and Product Owner, to ensure that the team delivers solutions to high value problems.
- Be responsible for the technical direction with the team's domain as well as the breakdown of work for developers that work with you.
- Ensure that the team is looking after the long-term health of the codebases and systems that you own.
- Ensure that technical initiatives are prioritized along with product features.

- Relevant BSc or MSc is preferred, applicable senior experience may compensate for lack of formal background.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-native, cross-functional environment.
- Thorough experience with microservices and APIs.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies.

Additionally, the following are nice to have (but not essential):

- 2+ years in a leadership role in a software organization.
- Experience with.NET/C#.
- Experience with React.
- Knowledge of the Azure ecosystem.
- Expertise with CI/CD and test automation.
