**You’ll be a key member of the team Your responsibilities will include**:

- Contributing to the development and updating of the company’s Compliance program.
- Participating in the preparation and execution of the annual compliance plan and supporting its implementation and follow-up.
- Assisting in the review of policies and procedures that safeguard the company's operations, protect its reputation, and mitigate the risk of irregularities.
- Contributing to the provision of ongoing training programs for all employees to ensure their understanding of the code of ethics and the associated policies and procedures.
- Participating in matters related to data protection and artificial intelligence.
- University degree in Law. A Master’s degree in Compliance is a plus.
- High level of English is essential.
- Knowledge of ISO/UNE standards related to compliance and criminal law is a plus.
- Integrity and commitment to business ethics.
- Flexibility, strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, and problem-solving abilities.
