We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join the management control team at the VS (Valeo Service) Subregion level. This position involves providing critical support to the business by contributing to essential financial processes such as MTP, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires a strong focus on understanding and validating financial performance, ensuring the reliability of financial statements in compliance with MAF and IFRS rules. The position also acts as an interface between VSA/GROUP and VS sites, facilitating scheduling, tool deployment, and intra-group management requests, while offering comprehensive management control support to Business Units and the Subregion.
Key responsibilities include analyzing product and customer profitability, benchmarking performance across Business Units within the Subregion, and standardizing management control tools. The role involves consolidating financial performance through weekly reporting and KPI tracking, as well as actively participating in monthly closings to support management controllers. Additional contributions to the budget and MTP processes include preparing guidelines, managing recharges, and developing standard templates.
The position also entails conducting ad-hoc analyses, resolving disputes between sites and VS (such as transfer pricing and recharges), and performing on-site management control reviews. A significant part of the role involves deploying standard tools from the Group and VSA—such as Performer, Google Drive formats, SAP, and other WF systems—across the Subregion. Support is provided to the VS Subregion financial controller in rolling out standard reporting files and aligning internal control processes and IC2 scores within Business Units.
The role emphasizes adherence to the Group Ethics and Compliance program, ensuring that all activities respect the Code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
