You will lead 5 associates and a team of currently 52 people in a market where Radiometer enjoys a very good brand reputation. Radiometer will provide you with a range of products and services that allow you to offer a solutions to customers. You will also take over customer relationships in a market that looks for high quality product.
For the Iberian Markets, you have the responsibility but also the freedom to adapt global strategies to the local market. With direct access to your experienced team, you can quickly set up and implement tactics
Key Responsibilities
Lead and further develop diverse teams (sales, service, marketing, HR & Admin)
Secure additional market share and grow sales by focusing on total solutions selling, leveraging IT and services while ensuring profitability of the region
**Management of all accounts and product groups**: blood gas, immunoassay, transcutaneous monitoring, sampler, POC-IT
Provide strategic and technical planning to successfully run the territory; assure adequate sales, supervise promotions and provide reporting
Recruit, retain and develop results driven sales force - top grade when vital
Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and negotiations
Ensure sales goals/forecasting/budget objectives are met through implementation of performance objectives programs, policies and key messages
Share Voice Of the Customer (VOC) with central product and service development
Execute and drive relevant global initiatives
Annual business plan preparation and budget submission for the region and for the achievement of monthly forecasts
Create and develop a diverse organization, retain talents and establish solid succession plans for the organization
Coach managers and associates to adhere and role model core behaviours to increase team’s engagement
Adherence to Danaher Business Systems (DBS) in the organisation.

**Who we are looking for**:
Degree in Business/Marketing or preferably a scientific/medical background, combined with strong commercial experience. Masters preferred.
8+ yrs. sales, marketing, training, corporate accounts and sales/general management experience in medical capital equipment.
Proven experience in developing innovative sales strategies and leading both direct sales force and channel routes to market.
Results driven, proactive and a systematic, problem-solving oriented way of thinking. Adapt to changing circumstances, flexible, inter-cultural, global mindset.
Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities to build and lead a cohesive, focused, and motivated team. A reliable person inspiring confidence and able to deal with people at all levels and appreciative with listening skills.
Provide credibility to strategies at all levels of country/ regional organizations. An individual of high personal integrity, humility and ethics with principled standards.
Highly developed communication style and ability to work effectively in global setup. A strong communicator and an inspiring and pro-active leader. Cultural sensitivity.
Demonstrated strong strategic and analytical skills as well as solid eye for business, experience in P&L management and growth achievements.
Confirmed ability to lead, mentor and coach team to success.
Strong Planning, Time Management, and Financial savvy, also in critical decisions.
Customer orientation, strong clinical & technical understanding.
A highly motivated, passionate with drive, and the ability to respectfully and efficiently balance between own and others interest and view of opinions.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a respectful, open, and collaborative culture.
Fluent in Spanish & English. Portuguese is a plus.

Travel requirements around 25%
