**Position**
- Role Purpose:_

The Systems Improvement Officer is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing improvements in key operational processes within production and manufacturing environments. The role focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. The position also supports the integration and enhancement of organizational systems and the development of digital solutions.

- Key Accountability:_

**1. Process Analysis and Optimization**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current operational workflows and systems.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across operational teams.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.

**2. Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.

**3. Systems and Software Support**
- Support the management and optimization of key operational systems.
- Collaborate with IT and system admins to ensure reliability, performance and alignment with business needs.
- Provide user support and assistance in troubleshooting and system usage.
- Contribute to evaluating new software solutions to improve operational efficiency.

**4. Digital Solutions Development**
- Participate in the design and creation of digital process improvement solutions, including low-code/no-code tools when applicable.
- Support documentation and sustainability of deployed solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Education:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Organization, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:_
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Preferred/Bonus Skills:_
- Knowledge of **MINT**and/or **AMOS**systems.
- Experience or familiarity with **Copilot Studio** or other low-code/no-code digital solution tools.
