**F&B Director - Cruise Ship Experience - Egypt**

**Role Overview**:

- Lead and coordinate daily operations across 25 F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards across all venues
- Manage a large team and liaise with various departments to enhance guest experiences
- Implement innovative strategies for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all outlets
- Significant experience managing large cruise ship operations
- Proven leadership and organisational skills in high-volume F&B operations
- A strong background in coordinating diverse teams across multiple service environments
- Available to relocate to Egypt (single or married status, no children)

**Salary**: US$96,000 net+ (negotiable)
**Start Date**: January 2025
