We are looking for a Consultant to join our team of Strategy & Operations Consulting in Madrid.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have studied Bachelor’s degree, with master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport and Urban Mobility, Industrial Engineering or Marine Engineering.
- Have minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience in transport sector, ideally in advising Ports and Maritime authorities, governmental entities in the sector, maritime or shipping companies, multilateral funds, investment funds, terminal operators and/or infrastructure concession holders.
- Are motivated to contribute to consultancy projects in port development, encompassing both strategic and operational perspectives.
- Want to be part of the energy transition in the maritime and port sector.
- Find satisfaction in advising prominent clients worldwide, with the opportunity to travel and immerse yourself in new countries and cultures.
- Have a Proficient level in Spanish and complete command of English. Other multilingual abilities will be valued.
- Have strong analytical, communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Have high customer orientation.
- Have demonstrated leadership and initiative.
- Know how to work as part of a team and with technical rigor.
- Know how to work independently with an innovative spirit.
