**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

**TASKS**:

- Dealing with basic book keeping
- Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
- Advise customers on available products and services
- Help managing the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation and its context
- Manage and organise information using statistical software
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Processing payments and invoices

**WORKING HOURS**:

- 20 hours per week

**LANGUAGES**:

- Spanish Native
- English (at least B2)
