Senior Data Analyst, Competitive Intelligence

**What You'll Do**:
As a Senior Analyst in our AXSI team, you'll lead competitive intelligence initiatives and drive strategic decision-making. You'll spearhead the development and execution of sophisticated analytical frameworks that shape & strengthen our market position.
- Lead Competitive Analysis: Dive deep into market trends, analysing strategies employed by industry players to acquire budgets and launch campaigns with our clients.
- Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their testing processes and decision-making factors when evaluating different advertising solutions.
- Performance Testing: Design and implement sophisticated testing strategies to showcase Criteo's superior performance and value proposition.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to our pool of competitive strategies and help shape the roadmap for our competitive intelligence tools.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge tech like Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau, Git, Python, and SQL to transform complex business challenges into groundbreaking solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams and clients to deliver insights that drive revenue and foster client success.

**Who You Are**:

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with expertise in competitive intelligence and market analysis
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering strategic projects that directly impact business outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools, with a track record of building scalable analytical solutions
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior analysts and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to translate complex market insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Track record of developing and implementing innovative analytical methodologies
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience tackling ambiguous business challenges
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Eligible to work in Spain with no restrictions
