**About the role**
- The mission of the Sales Representative is to further deliver profitable growth for our successful EQUITONE business, by providing expertise and support to the architectural and design community to generate project specifications and by managing different stages of the project and different key influencers through the creation of value and delivering great customer experience.**Key Accountabilities**- Develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the construction market of Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana y Baleares
- Deliver profitable growth in sales of EQUITONE materials following the business model through specification selling
- Acquire new projects in the pipeline and manage them throughout their life cycle with the aim of closing the sales
- Create a strong network with leading members of the architectural community; assist the architects in every stage of the customer journey with their expertise in EQUITONE ventilated façade system
- Develop a strong network of installers and other influencers and assist them with relevant support through the lifecycle of the project. Provide training and consultation, onsite support, and expertise during the different stages of construction
- Provide after-sales support and assist partners with the main challenges and recommendations
- Collaborate with the commercial team - inside sales, marketing, technical, customer service, act as a team player
- Document, track and monitor relevant projects and activities in CRM

**Skills and Experience**
- Civil engineering, Architecture or related fields
- Fluent English language skills required for effective participation in international meetings
- 2-3 years of experience in related fields, especially working hand-in-hand with architects on product prescriptions or doing technical sales to construction companies
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
