What does a Junior Teacher Operations Manager do at Busuu?- Supports the online teaching team for Busuu’s platforms- Helps with teacher recruitment, training and onboarding- Helps motivate and grow our team of online language teachers- Liaises closely with the Teacher Operations, Education, Live and B2B teams to make sure our clients’ needs are met.

What we’re looking for in a Junior Teacher Operations Manager

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years experience teaching languages to adults in blended or fully digital programs.- Strong command of English and speak a second language to at least a B2 level (German or French preferred).-
- You are a problem solver. You excel at simplifying and improving processes and projects.- You are empathetic, patient and have strong people skills.- You are detail-oriented, whilst being able to zoom out and see the big picture.- You have strong communication skills: ability to be clear, diplomatic and concise.- You enjoy hands-on work including working with teachers as well as internal teams.

Bonus Skills & Experience:
- Experience of training and developing language teachers- Experience leading or managing a large team of teachers- Business experience or a related degree- Experience in the EdTech industry- Experience learning a language as an adult
