Hitachi Energy Transformers is seeking a Digital Transformation Leader in the Manufacturing and Operations portfolio.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Identify & lead strategic initiatives for the shopfloor environment across global manufacturing network
- Drive implementation of key initiatives to ensure timely delivery and drive tangible business value
- Translate complex technology to clear business value, secure buy-in from business stakeholders
- Ensures that the projects / programs in the portfolio are properly organized and staffed, and delivered according to appropriate IT standards
**Your Background**
- 5 years of experience in project management of complex global projects including IT system integration.
- Experience with manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management.
- ITIL 4.0 Experience
- SAP Experience Excellent
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English in a global multicultural diverse environment.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and business travel up to 25%.
