**ROLE’S MISSION**

This exciting Global Insights Manager role will be allocated within our Verticals Global team - with a focus on creating insights during the sales process and project delivery through our Out of Home, Beauty and Usage Food consumer panels, working across a portfolio of global clients including Danone, Nestle, Coke, PepsiCo, Estee Lauder, Coty and many more. This role will suit an experienced and dynamic Manager who is able to build strong relationships with clients as well as being a great collaborator with our local Usage&OOH and Beauty teams - to create engaging data stories as well as handle all data requests regarding Global thought leadership and project briefs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To handle all data requests and project briefs ensuring timely, accurate delivery of information and offering good level of insight for clients but also generate internal impact;
- Client & Team Relationships - Support on cross country pitch proposals and delivery of insights, coordinate teamwork with local teams and manage the relation with the client for the assigned projects;
- Thoughtful Leadership - Identify relevant topics within food, drink, and Beauty industry; gather cross country information with timely and accurate completion and guarantee global consistency; Generate insightful contents to inspire clients and local teams;
- Analysis & Insight - production & interpretation of analysis with a focus on finding patterns in the data highlighting key priorities and making recommendations. Discuss briefs with clients challenging where appropriate to make sure requests have been properly thought through and offering advice on how best to tackle issues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- +3 years of professional experience (preferably account management) with a proven record of building relationships with clients in a support capacity;
- Advanced English Professional Proficiency (C1 Level Minimum);
- A curious, analytical mindset and interest in consumer behaviour and brands;
- A strong verbal communication style; the ability to articulate in a confident and composed manner;
- Experience on working with Data Sets and exhibiting real curiosity for the sector (preferable experience with consumer panels both on Usage and Purchase);
- Previous professional experience with Excel and PowerPoint;
- Effectiveness in analysing, interpreting data and articulating the business implications;
- Great passion on market research industry and drive in succeeding.
