The **Pr.Mng.Business Dev. Principal** will be responsible for:

- Business Development execution: Support customer bids with specific focus on the opportunity shaping and business development for opportunities by the Phoenix Local Markets team
- Lead campaigns to pursue funding opportunities for Group product and solutions
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Maintain and share professional knowledge and understanding of Group product and solutions through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Demonstrate the #spirit behaviours in all aspects of the role with a keen focus on CreateTheFuture

**What you bring?**
- Commercial Acumen in the B2B Environment
- Strong commercial acumen within the B2B environment and Phoenix / Public Sector procurement practices to enable effective targeting on Group product and solutions
- Experience of working within complex, matrix environment
- Experience of managing complex, sales and business engagements cycles: Experience of working with long-term deal structuring and shaping business opportunities
