We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and technically skilled ML Engineer Trainee to join our Data, AI & Business Automation team. Your mission in this role

Support our Data Scientists and AI Engineers in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and Generative AI solutions that help transform the way we work and serve our customers.

What will you be doing?- Assist in developing and productionizing ML models in the cloud using Azure and Databricks.- Support feature engineering and data preparation for ML pipelines.- Collaborate on projects involving Generative AI, contributing to implementation and maintenance.- Help transform and visualize data, and perform basic statistical analysis.- Document and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and solutions.

What are we looking for?- Programming skills (ideally in Python and SQL).- Strong interest in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation.-
- Excellent listening skills, humility, and a collaborative attitude.- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).- Basic understanding of ML concepts and eagerness to learn more.

Nice to have:
- Undergraduate studies in a technical field (STEM).- Familiarity with cloud services like Azure and Databricks.- Enrollment in or completion of a technical master’s in Data Science.
