For our Ops.& Tech department we are recruiting a full time (position based in Madrid, Spain):
IT Supervisor

As a member of the Department you are responsible for the following tasks:

- Acting as Iberia IT Department Supervisor.
- L1 and L2 incident routing and/or troubleshooting for End Client, Server and Networking.
- IT Asset Management.
- Supporting the different company departments on Helpdesk, Corporate Projects and Infrastructure changes.

**That’s why we want you to have**:

- System Administration HNC/CFGS (ASIR Certificate) or higher (IT Degree / IT Systems Engineer) with 3-5 years of professional experience.

**Personal Skills**:

- Spanish and fluent English.
- Outgoing and customer service oriented.
- You enjoy working in an international team environment.
- You are curious, proactive and self sufficient.
- Well valued: Project and Team management skills & previous experience in a multinational company.

**Technical skills**:

- Good IP architecture knowledge (End Client, Networking, Servers, Cloud).
- Windows / Mac setup knowledge and incident troubleshooting.
- Active Directory Domain Services basic knowledge.
- Bash / CMD / PowerShell scripting.
- Desired Known Software Set: Office 365, Service-Now, Jamf Pro, MDT, etc.
- Well Valued: Server and Storage Management (Dell, EMC, Cisco, VNX, etc).

**Optional knowledge**:

- Virtual Server and Cloud solution knowledge (VMware, Azure, AWS).
- Cisco Networking knowledge.
- Video Post-Production environment knowledge (Media Asset Management).
