**Job Description**: **About the Role**: We are looking for a strategic and collaborative **Go to Market** Program Manager** to be the owner of the development and execution of multi-channel, high-impact marketing programs across Europe. You will work closely with vendor and business managers to design scalable go-to-market strategies that drive growth, maximize ROI, and align with TD SYNNEX's commercial objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and **coordinate stakeholders**for the development, execution, and monetization of marketing programs - ** Integrate marketing initiatives into business planning processes**and support local teams in adopting program methodologies. - Identify and scale **best practices across countries** and support the rollout of central programs. - ** Collaborate with stakeholders** to ensure program performance and quality are tracked and continuously improved. **What You Bring**: - ** 5-8 years of experience** in program management and B2B marketing. - Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-market campaigns. - Knowledge of **vendor-funded programs** and the IT channel ecosystem. - Strong **organizational**, **analytical**, and **interpersonal skills.**: - Fluency in English and the ability to work in an international environment. **What do we offer**: - ** Hybrid work** (1 day at the office, 3 days at home). - We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan. - We provide **comprehensive benefits** including **health insurance**, paid leave, retirement plans, and more **"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
