Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for a **Senior Solution Architect (ADI) - Process Integration** to be part of our **Analytics, Data and Integration (ADI)** team:

**The role**
As a **Senior Solution Architect (ADI) - Process Integration**, you will be accountable for supporting proactively and holistically Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the Product Groups and Platforms that fit within the overall EA and meet the product group strategy. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a product or a set of products within a product group. You will work closely with DevOps / development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way and you will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope, owning the solution architecture specification. This is a strategic role, where you would collaborate closely, and mostly in the strategic and tactical complexity layer with BSI Product Lines, BSI Operations, Delivery as well as Strategy and Innovation team.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage and develop the architecture for a set of products / platforms utilizing an API first approach and ensuring maximum reusability.
- Deliver the architectural design for products and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.
- Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across a product group based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
- Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture.
- Define and document the guidelines, standards and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
- Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance.
- Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect and delivering architecture responsibilities on business/IT projects.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP (PO/ PI, CPI/CI) and API integrations (Mulesoft/ SAP APIM).
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Business Object Data Services (SAP BODS) / ETL.
- Knowledge and/ or product experience with Event Driven integrations (Confluent/ Kafka/ ASAPIO).

**Bonus Points If you have**:

- Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.
