Account Receivables and Collections Internship

This is a part-time internship, working 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Record customer payments in Salesforce by recording cash, checks, wires and credit card transactions.
- Contact customers to claim due payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status # Is this you?
- English and Spanish speaker
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Problem-solving skills
- An ability to work independently
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
- You are graduating or have recently graduated
- You are humble, curious and eager to learn
- You thrive in a startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy with no bureaucratic BS
- You smile often and are fun to work with : )
